  • Sanjiv Chopra

    CEO

    Sanjiv is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Rhino Investments. His involvement in re-developing commercial and mixed-use real estate as an investor and builder, has been positively impacting communities in over twenty-six states. Sanjiv has over eighteen years of real estate experience and has successfully completed hundreds of transactions. 

    Sanjiv started his real estate career as a real estate broker. In the down market he became a certified personal trainer and started and grew a gym chain to over 60 locations in three states. In 2014 Sanjiv decided to refocus on real estate development with one moderately sized shopping center in Oakdale, California. Under his leadership Rhino Investments has since grown to over 6,000,000 square feet of real estate owned and managed. 

    Sanjiv earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at the University of San Francisco, a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law.

  • Michael Sanchez

    COO

    Michael is Chief Operating Officer of Rhino Investments Group and is primarily responsible for overseeing Asset Management, Capital Markets and Legal activities of the company.

    Michael joined the company in 2021 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on structured finance, asset management and portfolio management for several real estate private equity firms.  Michael has helped establish structured finance platforms at institutional firms including Colony Capital, Inc. and Kairos Investment Management Company. He also worked in various roles at a number of other leading middle-market real estate firms including Highridge Partners, Acacia Capital and Hanover Financial Company and started his real estate career at GE Capital.

    Michael earned a B.S. degree in Finance and Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University.

  • Jon Wall

    VP of Development

    Jon has over 12 years of construction-management experience ranging from entitlements and design to new construction and commercial tenant fit-outs.

    Jon joined the Rhino team in July 2021 and has managed over 100 construction projects. He previously managed new construction and renovation projects for a health and fitness chain that expanded to 72 locations in eight years.

    Jon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.

  • Tim Ednoff

    VP of Acquisitions

    Tim currently serves as the VP of Acquisitions for Rhino and joined the firm in 2021. He has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 11 years in a variety of roles across several sectors including private equity, lending, and audit. Previously, Tim has worked at LBA Realty, PwC, Realty Mogul, and The TerraCotta Group.  

    Tim received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.

  • Becca Wall

    VP of Operations

    Becca is the Vice President of Operations for Rhino Investments Group. Most recently, she has been working with the asset management team to analyze the current operations at the property level.

    Rebecca joined the Rhino team in January of 2020. Prior to that, she ran operations and accounting for a fast-growing fitness chain for six years.

    She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an Accounting concentration at California State University, Stanislaus.

  • Sheena Chopra

    VP of Design & Strategy

    Sheena is the Vice President of Design and Strategy and founder of Rhino Investments. Her involvement in re-developing commercial and mixed-use real estate as an investor and designer, has been positively impacting communities in over twenty-six states. Sheena has over fourteen years of real estate experience and has successfully completed many large and small projects. Sheena helps strategize each property's best use and is involved in the daily aspects of the design of each project.

    Sheena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of California Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pacific.
